I went from hope to incredulity

Mere hours after appointing Senator Marco Rubio to be the Secretary of State, which I support, President (elect) Donald Trump went back to crazy town for his picks for Attorney General, Secretary of Defense, and Director of National Security. Three people who are not only no where near being qualified for the positions but who can all be considered bat-shit crazy and who would actively make the country less safe.

Tulsi Gabbard would prevent our allies from sharing any intel with us

A lot of people on my side of the aisle may have believed former Secretary of State and presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton when she called the former Congresswoman a “Russian agent.” Neither she nor Trump are or were ever official assets of the Russian government. The problem is that Gabbard, who also has zero intelligence experience, likes to cozy up with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Why is that a problem?
