Felon Donald J. Trump lied his ass off but proved the George W. Bush theory of life, “‘It’s better to be wrong and strong’ than ‘weak and right,’” to be true. Nothing Trump said was even close to true — does anyone think he had “the biggest heart of anyone here”? Or that he is in great shape? Better than 20 or 30 years ago? I’d like to not remember him that long ago but he has been part of my public consciousness since I was a child.

There was a time when Trump was sane. And he was never good-looking, he didn’t always look like this.
