It’s past time to hold Benjamin Netanyahu responsible when Hamas kills hostages

I have made no secret of my feelings about Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. His is a genocidal nutjob who acts only in his own self-interests and for no one else. When Hamas, a horrible terrorist organization, murdered six of the hostages they took last October, he was also to blame.

Netanyahu has been backing up Hamas for years. I have written about this before. Because he has always opposed a two-state solution that would give the Palestinians their own homeland, he greenlit billions of dollars going to the terrorists. His goal was to create a competition between the West Bank’s Palestinian Authority and Hamas. Not only that, he had the plans for the Hamas attack on October 7, 2023 for more than a year and did nothing to stop it. If that’s not evil, I don’t know what is.

At home, Netanyahu is not popular. He faces multiple corruption charges that could send him to prison which only deepens his need to stay in power (remind you of anyone?).
