A Look at Biden’s Accomplishments

I keep reading posts from lefties saying he did nothing, I call BS on that

I love President Joe Biden. I do. In 2008, my mother was firmly in the Hillary camp and it took a LOT of work to get her to come around to vote for Barack Obama. My life was much easier when he picked then-Senator Biden because he was my mom’s favorite senator.

After being concerned about Vice President Kamala Harris’ prospects for winning the November election, I realized how wrong I was. She has stepped up and will make an excellent president. For the record, when I voted in the primary, I was voting for the Biden/Harris ticket so I did vote for her. I look forward to voting for her.

Having said that, I think it is worth looking at the things Biden has accomplished while in office.

Economic Recovery

1. American Rescue Plan (2021):

• Provided $1.9 trillion in economic relief to aid COVID-19 recovery.

• Included stimulus checks, extended unemployment benefits, and expanded child tax credits.

• Helped significantly reduce child poverty in the U.S. (by about 46% in 2021).
